How quickly will you reply?
Usually the same working day, and almost always within one. If it's urgent such as your site is down, a hack, a launch going wrong, say so in the message or just phone. Those jump the queue.
What should I include in my message?
Your website address, what's wrong or what you're trying to achieve, and any deadline you're working to. The more specific you can be, the more useful my first reply will be "the site feels slow on mobile since last month" beats "website not working" every time.
Do you work with businesses outside Cumbria and Yorkshire?
Yes. Most of my work is remote and always has been. Builds, SEO, speed work and ongoing support all run perfectly well over email, phone and screen-share, and I've worked with clients across the UK and internationally for years.
